Licensed Mental Health Therapist
The Counseling Collective, LLC is recruiting for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LSW, LCSW) with experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults for our Outpatient Practice with locations in downtown Lancaster and East Petersburg, PA. We specialize in teenagers 13 and up, as well as adults and couples. Preferred applicants have training in couples therapy, EMDR, and/or working with adolescents.
We have openings for a part time clinician (minimum 15 client hours per week) and a full time clinician. We offer flexible scheduling, with unlimited time off. Compensation is available for blogging, marketing, and miscellaneous administrative tasks including discharges and biweekly group supervisions. At The Counseling Collective, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting intake sessions and providing/scheduling diagnostic and outpatient therapeutic services. The Licensed Mental Health Therapist participates actively in all relevant supervision and general staff meetings to enhance the services of our program. We have a strong administrative support team to support therapists, so they are not responsible for most administrative tasks.
Applicants will have Master's or doctorate degree from a CACREP accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field AND an active License in (Clinical) Social Work, License in Professional Counseling, or License in Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of PA. Applicants must be able to do in person and online therapy sessions, and work with both teens and adults at both of our locations.
