Do you or your loved one feel weighed down by worry, sadness, or frustration? You may be experiencing moments of meltdown, withdrawal, or difficulty engaging in the things you love, or physical symptoms such as a racing heart, stomachache, or trouble sleeping. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen feeling stuck and overwhelmed, or an adult trying to manage life’s stressors, you’re not alone. Everyone faces challenges, but with support and practical tools, you can develop the resilience to navigate them and thrive.
I work with children ages six and up, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation struggles (I am DBT informed), trauma, chronic illness and medical challenges, or life transitions. My approach is creative, collaborative, and personalized to your unique needs, helping you uncover how your story has shaped you and empowering you to build a meaningful life that aligns with your values. I also offer spiritually integrated care for those who desire it.
For children, I incorporate art and play therapy interventions to create a safe, engaging space where they can express themselves, build self-awareness, and learn how to manage big feelings with confidence.
For teens, I provide support as they navigate the pressures of school, friendships, and self-discovery, while fostering emotional resilience and self-compassion.
For adults, we’ll work together to identify patterns and stories that are holding you back and build practical tools to reduce stress, manage emotions, and rediscover joy in your life.
In our work together, you (or your child) will learn how to:
Develop insight into your emotional and relational patterns
Build practical tools to calm your body and mind in moments of stress or overwhelming emotion
Replace self-doubt and worry with self-compassion and resilience to face life’s challenges
Develop clarity to align with your goals and values, building a meaningful life
For parents, I provide guidance on supporting your child’s growth at home, so that we can work together as a team to nurture their emotional and relational health.
My approach to counseling is strengths-based, growth-focused, and rooted in mindfulness. I support my clients as they befriend their emotions and turn challenges into opportunities for resilience and personal growth. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your teen, I am here to help. It would be an honor to support you or your family on the path to emotional well-being and resilience.
I completed my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Messiah University, and am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the state of PA. I see clients ages six and up at both of our locations as well as online. Since I am not fully licensed yet, I do not accept insurance and only work with self- pay clients. In my free time, I enjoy writing and the arts, hiking with my husband and our friendly labradoodle, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.
